Trainings
Our trainings are held according to the “train the trainer” principle: This means that we enable our customers' technical experts and trainers to pass on their knowledge within their company.
This principle is the quickest way to transfer important know-how and experience to our customers' entire company organization without having to rely on external trainers again and again. In this way, everyone involved is optimally supported in mastering demanding challenges.
All training courses are held in German language, either remotely or on-site at our customers' companies. The training content is defined individually - on this basis, German-language training documents will be created and handed out.

In case they are project-related, the “Train the Trainer” courses should always start before the pilot phase of the project so that the transfer of training knowledge by internal trainers can take place in parallel during the pilot phase.
