The requirements for the CX transformation are usually defined very precisely right at the project start, particularly due to the shared understanding of the project's objectives which are always developed in close dialog with our customers during the detailed conception phase.
This means that project phases can be planned in a very detailed way according to a fixed schedule, processed and successfully completed: for maximum planning reliability, cost and deadline compliance.
