Since our foundation in 1976, we have been supporting companies in relation to the most modern TC infrastructure. Our specialisation in cutting-edge technologies for call and contact centres began in the 1990s. Our customers include many well-known companies throughout Germany. We operate nationally and internationally from our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. We adopted the trend topics of artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud at an early stage and are currently one of the leading system integrators for omni-channel contact centres and AI from the cloud. FIEBIG ideally combines 45 years of experience with the spirit of a start-up.
